Hi there! I'm Nhat Le!

I'm currently a Senior Biomedical Data Scientist at PathAI.

Highlights:

2024

Apr 6, 2024 - Apr 10, 2024 –I will be at AACR 2024 presenting a PathAI poster, ML quantification of tumor-Infiltrating lymphocytes distinguishes immune-phenotypes and reveals phenotypic heterogeneity Additionally, my colleague Neel Patel will be presenting a highly novel project, "Unsupervised detection of stromal phenotypes with distinct fibrogenic and inflamed properties in NSCLC", which I have contributed to.

Jun 3, 2024 – We will be presenting a poster at ASCO 2024 entitled "Correlation of immune phenotypes derived from H&E-stained whole slide images with prognosis and response to checkpoint inhibitors in NSCLC".

2023

Dec 5, 2023 - Dec 7, 2023 – I was at SABCS 2023, presenting two PathAI posters: (1) Artificial intelligence-based prediction of Oncotype DX Score from whole slide images using human-interpretable features and breast biomarkers (first-authored poster, and a collaboration with Cleveland Clinic), and (2) Prediction of PAM50 molecular subtypes from H&E-stained breast cancer specimens using tumor microenvironment features and additive multiple instance learning models (presenting the fantastic work by my colleague Maria Guramare).
